Terms of Service

Some of our apps allow anonymous, device-based access; others require an email address to prevent abuse of free features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Where you provide account information, you must keep it accurate and up to date.

Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or free credits will result in termination of all associated accounts without refund.

Our Services use third-party AI providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Replicate) to generate video, image, audio, and other media from your inputs. The exact capabilities vary by app.

Some apps offer free credits or trial access to new users. Free credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may expire or be adjusted at our discretion.

Services are provided "as-is" without guarantees of uptime or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time, providing advance notice where reasonably possible.

Paid plans (e.g. weekly or annual subscriptions) are offered within individual apps and auto-renew unless cancelled.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your device's App Store or Google Play settings.

Cancel through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

All refunds are handled by Apple or Google through their respective platforms. We do not issue direct refunds except where required by applicable law.

We may change subscription prices. Changes take effect at your next renewal and we will notify you in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You retain full ownership of the outputs generated through our Services using your inputs. You may use them commercially, publish them anywhere, sell them, or modify them freely.

The apps themselves, including all underlying code, design, and branding, are our exclusive property or licensed to us. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Services as described in these Terms.

Similar or identical outputs may be generated for different users who submit similar prompts. You cannot claim exclusive rights to AI-generated patterns or styles.

If you share suggestions or feedback, we may use them freely without any obligation to you.

You may not use our Services to create content that:

• Depicts identifiable individuals without their consent
• Constitutes a deepfake intended to deceive or harm
• Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
• Is defamatory, harassing, or threatening
• Contains sexual or adult material
• Exploits or endangers minors in any way
• Promotes illegal activities or violence
• Violates any applicable law or regulation

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any of our apps
• Use our Services to build a competing product or white-label offering
• Circumvent credit systems, usage limits, or content safety filters
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Services
• Interfere with the operation of our Services

You are solely responsible for the content you create using our Services. You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions for any inputs you provide.

AI-generated content can be inaccurate, misleading, biased, or factually wrong. You must review and verify content before publishing or relying on it.

Our Services depend on third-party AI providers that may change their services, policies, or cease operations. We are not liable for disruptions caused by these providers.

Nothing generated by our Services constitutes legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Goa, India, under Indian arbitration law, conducted in English.

For matters not subject to arbitration, the courts of Goa, India have exclusive jurisdiction.

EU/EEA consumers and users in jurisdictions that prohibit mandatory consumer arbitration may use their local courts and are entitled to the protections of their local mandatory consumer laws.

All disputes must be brought individually. Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted.
